Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Story flipp. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed and free of any odor.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us via ‘contact us’ link.

  • Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at care@storyflipp.com to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: Shipping charges will be borne by the customer if they wish to return the piece. A charge of  Rs.100 will be levied which will then be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping will be borne by story flipp only under the following conditions: If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece and / or if the package is damaged.
  4. Inspection: The item will undergo a quality check within 2-3 business days after it reaches our warehouse and it will be run through a quality check to ensure it matches our return criteria. 

Refund Process

Approved Returns:  Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 FOR MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

  • Since every made-to-measure order is customized to meet the exact specifications provided by our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the item.
  • We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product.
  • If you wish to alter your product, you must ship it to us within 7 days after receiving your order and cover the associated shipping costs.

Exceptions

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
